Terms and Conditions

1. The Site

Jedi Gaming is an informational directory of listed game apps, a place to message Sponsor, and the public face of the Daily Free Coin Promotion. It is not a game host, wallet, bank, or payment processor.

2. Acceptance

By using the Site you agree to these Terms, the Official Rules, Customer Acceptance Policy, Privacy Policy, Data Deletion Policy, and AMOE Policy. If you do not agree, leave the Site.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you are 21 or older and that your use is lawful where you are. The Site is intended for permitted U.S. locations. You are responsible for knowing local law. Void where prohibited.

4. License

Sponsor grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, frame, reverse engineer, or overload the Site, or use it to build a competing directory.

5. Third-party games

Play links open other operators in a new tab. Those sites have their own terms and risks, including connections that are not encrypted. Sponsor does not host gameplay or hold in-app balances. “Opens another site” means what it says.

6. No payments on this Site

The Site does not accept cards, bank transfers, cash, or cryptocurrency and does not sell coin packages. Any payment experience you see after leaving is not Sponsor’s checkout.

7. Conduct

You will not:

• Impersonate another person or submit forged AMOE or identity documents
• Harass staff or other customers on our channels
• Use bots against the subscribe form or the Site
• Attempt to access non-public systems
• Use the Site if you are in a restricted location

8. Marks

Site design, copy, and the Jedi Gaming wordmark as used here are Sponsor’s materials. Names and art of listed games belong to their owners. We use tiles you supplied to identify those apps. Third-party marks are mentioned for identification only.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” SPONSOR DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED. SPONSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SPONSOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR SITE USE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify Sponsor against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your misrepresentation of eligibility, or your conduct on third-party apps to the extent caused by you.

11. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, except for mandatory protections of your state of residence. Exclusive venue for disputes that are not required to stay in your county is the state or federal courts sitting in that governing jurisdiction, unless a statute says otherwise.

12. Changes
